• 8/12/2009 - Fixed order for Air Force Aerial Achievement Medal (comes before Commednations); moved Army Reserve Components Achievement Medal and properly named Air Reserve Forces Meritorious Service Medal; moved Coast Guard Reserve Good Conduct Medal to appropriate location; added notation to FMF Ribbon regarding its replacement; noted Naval Reserve Medal is obsolete
• 8/4/2009 - Added NATO ribbons for The Balkans and ISAF; NATO Meritorious Service (thanks to Capt Danielson and Cpl Nieves). Added some awards based on Precedence memo.
• 8/3/2009 - Coast Guard Meritorious Team Ribbon moved to proper location and added (thanks to LT Glesener)

• 1/13/2000 - Changed Coast Guard Meritorious Team Commendation to be lower precedence than Army MUC's; discrepncy in Medals and Awards Manual pointed out by BM1 Henry McCullough.
• 8/5/99 - Changed name of Organized Marine Corps Reserve Ribbon to Selected Marine Corps Reserve Medal based on information from ENS T. Ringo confirmed bu BMCM(SW) R. Cruse.
• 7/30/99 - Master Chief Petty Officer of the Coast Guard V. W. Patton, III, confirmed that the Coast Guard Recruiting Duty Ribbon, Army NCO Professional Development Ribbon w/Bronze "4" (only), and USAF NCO Professional Military Education Graduate ribbon are authorized for wear by USCG members.
• 3/29/99 - QM2 Jim Armstrong, USCG, donated ribbon graphics for Secretary's Outstanding Unit Award w/ Gold Frame, Meritorious Team Commendation Ribbon, and Bicentennial Unit Commendation.
• 3/20/99 - USMC page was rewritten in accordance with United States Marine Corps Uniform Regulations at http://www.hqmc.usmc.mil/mcur.nsf/Title?OpenView&count=3000
